REALTOR® Application > As a real estate licensee, you become a REALTOR® by joining a dynamic REALTOR® organization like the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and pledging to uphold the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
All new REALTOR® applicants are require to take
two classes within 90 days of application to SMDRA. If the classes are not completed, membership will not be activated.

Membership is open to any individual or business related to the real estate
industry. Some of these
include attorneys, title and insurance companies, lenders, builders,
home
inspectors and banking and financial services.
An Affiliate Membership will provide you with a solid customer foundation because, quite simply, REALTORS® prefer working with someone they know!
