You voluntarily became a REALTOR®.  As a part of this smart career decision, you are required to abide by a National Code of Ethics.  Over the last couple of years these Standard of Practice commandments have been amended to help maintain the integrity of the trademarked term REALTOR®. NAR requires that you brush up on the Code every four years.  In addition, this course is required to earn the

This course focuses on arming the new REALTORS® with the tools they need when writing a listing contract.  By taking this course, you will learn how to write contracts using the Colorado Real Estate Commission approved forms that will satisfy all parties involved in the transaction.  You will also learn how to avoid problem areas that can result in lost business relationships.  We recommend that you also take the Agency and Disclosure course.   

 

Risky Business (Formerly Risk Reduction)  6 hrs CE

Courts are upholding decisions that assign more and more liability to the Broker involved in a real estate transaction.  It is imperative that Brokers employ all their skills and due diligence when conducting real estate transactions.
