Ethics and Orientation Class Schedule


All REALTOR® applicants are require to take two classes within 90 days of application to SMDRA. If the classes are not completed, membership will not be activated.
Ethics & Professional Practices Class Schedule
This course will be held from 8:30am to 3:30pm in the Association's Activity Center on the dates listed below. Refreshments will be served, and one hour is allowed for lunch on your own. Because this is a GRI class and Continuing Education credit will be given, NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 8:45am. The cost of the class is $80.00 and checks should be made payable to the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR).

If you are transferring from another REALTOR® Association in Colorado and have had the GRI accredited Ethics course within the last five years, you will be waived from this course. There will be no exceptions to this policy. You may attend the six hour GRI accredited Ethics course offered by another association of REALTORS® in Colorado as long as you provide proof of attendance to SMDRA.
New Member Orientation Class Schedule
You will be sworn into the Association after the Ethics & Professional Practices Class from 3:30-5:00pm. A meeting will be held at which time you will receive your REALTOR® pin and certificate.
