Full Day or Evening (Mon.-Thurs.) - $200
Half Day (Mon.-Fri.) - $125
$200 Refundable Damage Deposit
due with signed contract
$45 Holiday fee

Equipment Usage Fees:

Projector and screen - $200
Overhead projector and screen - $50
Easel and Flip Chart - $25

SMDRA Member Benefit Usage Rates:

Evening (Mon.-Thurs.) - $100

There are 10 tables with 3 chairs at each.  The room seats 20 people comfortably and can accommodate up to 30 people.

There is a "wet bar" in the back of the room for coffee, tea and snacks.

The tables can be arranged in any 
manner to fit your needs.
