• No party sales (Avon™, PartyLite™, Pampered Chef™, etc.)
• Items will be sent electronically to SMDRA before being posted on site
• SMDRA will edit/proof and post on web page within 48 business hours of receipt
• SMDRA will verify membership status before posting (Actives only!)
• SMDRA reserves the right to refuse to post any item if said item is deemed inappropriate for any reason
• If you want your email address to remain private, please do not enter your email address as a form of contact.
• Please DO NOT contact the Association office for information regarding items listed on the site; contact seller only!
• The South Metro Denver REALTOR^® Association ("SMDRA") has not, and cannot, verify the truth or accuracy of any of the descriptions of items posted for sale.  SMDRA does not warranty or guarantee any item offered for sale and disclaims any liability arising out of any transaction initiated through these listings.  Buyers must perform their own due diligence and satisfy themselves that what they purchase conforms to their expectations.
• PHOTOS OF YOUR ITEM(S) ARE WELCOME.  Submit via e-mail to jackie@smdra.com or bring them by the SMDRA office and we will scan them for you.  
• Once your item is sold, please email jackie@smdra.com to remove it from the Garage Sale.  Please include your name and the item name in the email.
