SMDRA's Active REALTOR^® members can use their personal IMS account to:

• Change personal information such as home address, e-mail address, and phone numbers. (Company information can only be changed by SMDRA staff.)

• Search SMDRA members and offices

• View upcoming courses and register online

• Pay annual dues invoices using a credit card or check (Please contact Peggy at 303-797-3700 if you need assistance).

To access these member services, click on “My IMS Account.” If this is the first time you’ve logged on to IMS, you’ll be prompted to change your password for security purposes.

To log on to IMS, enter your National REALTOR^® Database System (NRDS) number and your Internet Member Services (IMS) password. Your NRDS number appears on your NAR and SMDRA membership cards. For security purposes, be sure to change your password if you are prompted to do so. IMS passwords were mailed to all members, but if you don’t remember yours, you have two choices:

• Click the “Forgot Your Password” link then enter your NRDS number. If we have your e-mail address on file, the password will be e-mailed to you.

• Call the SMDRA office at 303-797-3700 and request your password.
