sales agents, financiers, suppliers and others in the real estate business
through such events as the Bowling Tournament, Veteran’s Luncheon, Affiliate
Holiday Breakfast and other opportunities.
New Member Orientation

orientation class to make the transition from real estate licensee to
REALTOR®.
Professional Standards
If a charge of violating the Code of Ethics or SMDRA bylaws surfaces, and
forwarded on by the Grievance Committee the Professional Standards Committee
will convene a hearing to settle the matter. These panels help keep disputes
out of the court system and save REALTORS® time and money by
settling matters without litigation. Arbitration Services are utilized if a
member has a dispute on a commission or a contractual matter arising in the
course of their real estate business, and they agree to arbitrate these
controversies internally, rather than in the costly and time-consuming court
system. Visit our professional standards portion of the website for more
detailed information. |
