It's easy to present your "New Listings" and "Buyers Needs" 
at SMDRA's Friday Marketing Session.

How it works:
1. When you enter the Marketing Session you can fill out a buyers need form for each property you
    wish to pitch.
2. Simply fill out the information on the form.
3. Use the form as a handy reference to pitch your property at the front of the room (flyers for the
    overhead will still be welcome for new listings).
4. Drop the buyers need form into the basket which will be placed at the front of the room.

We will pick up the buyers need forms and post them on the SMDRA website by noon of the same day.  The new listing forms will not be posted online by SMDRA but can be viewed through Metrolist. It's that simple!  

NOTE: YOU MUST PERSONALLY PRESENT YOUR LISTING AT THE
MARKETING SESSION IN ORDER TO USE THIS SERVICE!
