March Membership Forum The State of the State of Colorado presented by Brian Vogt, Director of Economic Development & International Trade for the State of Colorado Population Forecast to 2030 for the state of Colorado >
	Katie Everett & Rike Palese from RE/MAX Classic New Home Sales presented the new Streets of Southglenn Project at the February Membership Forum. Besides rebuilding the retail sector of the project a multi-family residential section will be built with 1-3 bedroom condos priced approximately from $200,000 up to $600,000. The retail sector will include Sears and Macys (Foleys) as well as a movie theatre and grocery store. The project is set to open in the summer of 2008.
