Private Schools review applications as early as November for the following school year. If you have a client that wants their child in one of the private schools you should encourage them to submit their applications and plan a school visit before the end of the year. Information on Rachel's Challenge - a non-violence school program, an answer to the 1999 Columbine High School Tragedy was presented to the Superintendents before the forum. FEBRUARY MEMBERSHIP FORUM Real Estate Commission Update Erin Toll, the new Director for the CREC addressed the SMDRA membership at the February Member Forum. Her high priorities, in this new position, will be the high foreclosure rate in Colorado and mortgage fraud.
